Whilst working for SNAP
• February 2011 – Attended Young Core Leaders Programme in Japan as part of a delegation from England working with delegation from Germany, Australia, Japan to share knowledge and experience of supporting disabled people, professionals and organisations
• January 2011 – Nominated by London Fire Brigade (LFB), Awarded Jack Petchey Leader Award for organising, delivering and supporting Life Programme (2008 and 2010) for young people with disabilities
• Named person for Ofsted and lead SNAP short breaks services to achieve Outstanding and Good inspections
• Managed and delivered Easter, summer and half term holiday schemes for several years
