I am a committed, reliable and focused professional with a positive outlook on hard work. I enjoy using my own initiative but I also like working and being part of a team.
I have recently completed course at the City of Bristol College to become a support worker with Care Skills level 2.
I am a skilled and passionate person with over twenty years of work experience in the hospitality sector. I have worked across a broad range of restaurant cuisines and styles of operation, ranging from fine dining to fast/casual dining to bars to gastro-pubs, including established, new-build and set-up operations. I am adept at setting-up, opening and profitably operating restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes.
I have latterly been working as a carer in a range of organisations from The Terrance Higgins Trust to the RSPCA which I enjoyed. I am focused on working with people and giving great customer service.
