 Material control, inventory, issue and process all the parts which is received from SSA (Supply Support Activity).

 Inventory and create a proper location for Hazardous materials. Processing JJY, JJX, UZ8 & L3M materials.

 Report overage, shortage and damaged equipment on transit and shipment of goods. Assist Sub-hand receipt holder in the correct processing for any discrepancies. Which includes Receiving, Identifying and Inspecting materials before they proceed with the turn-in of all major end items, i.e.: class II, IV, and VII

 Maintaining stock control accounting records, verifying stock and part numbers using the US army database software such as AMDF, FEDLOG, SARRS, ONESOURCE, PBUSE, and SAMS-E

 Prepare supply documents: DA FORM3161, DD FORM1348-1A, 1750

 Responsible for quality control, inventory management, receiving, shipping, warehousing, procurement and requisition management

 Handled the tasks of identifying extensive inventory of unserviceable items that hamper the timely receipt of new equipment

 Determined accountability and relief LDD property.

 Orders, receives, stores, maintains and issues supplies and equipment to support daily operations.

 Assists in property accountability records. Determines condition of material and equipment. Arranges disposal when necessary.

 Maintains accountability of government furnished property assigned to the directorate/department in accordance with requirements of the Federal Acquisitions Regulation.

 Establishes and maintains hand receipts and sub-hand receipts as required.

 Assists in preparation of and processes financial liability investigation of property loss and statement of charges on lost, destroyed, or damaged equipment.

 Assists in resolving inventory and/or system problems.

 Generates reports as directed.
