Blend development like Kashmiri Khawa,Habiscus Tea, Masala Tea, Mint Tea, English breakfast, earl gray, Irish breakfast etc., and along with Iced Tea
Pricing and negotiation. Buying Budgeting and planning, market research
Scheduling Buying and procurement. Procurement and production follow up to ensure timely delivery.
Manage and develop the purchasing function for the company, managing a team of 15-20persons.
Develop and update purchasing policy and planning, Manage purchasing information and systems, and review commodity strategy with the management team.
Negotiate with local and international suppliers. Prepare price comparisons. Cost saving budgeting and targeting. Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.
Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.
Review supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations. Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers.
Coordinate with Vendors regarding the purchases.
