• Project Description: Credit Workflow Management system is the application used by the Customer Service Representatives. This project deals with testing the activities carried out in the application as part of BAU Release (Business As Usual) also testing the new functionalities which is raised as a BCP (Business Change Process) and RFC (Request for Change).
Key Areas:
• Understanding the Business requirement and Functional specification documents
• Preparing Test Plan, Run Plan and Sign- off
• Planning, Preparation and Execution of Test scripts
• Good knowledge of HP Application Lifecycle Management
• Defect Lifecycle: Raising defect and tracking them till closure
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising closely with the software development team to understand what a software programme is meant to do. Then developing test plans and strategies and examining all aspects of the programme from a clients or end-user’s perspective and finally finding and eliminating any problems. Typically involved in working on more than one product at a time
• Testing software to identify and resolve problems from an end users perspective.
• In charge of testing developed software against specified requirements.
• Accurately monitoring and recording results in test documentation.
• Preparing detailed test plans, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for each project.

• Project Description: Baltimore is a group wide programme that addressed areas of non-compliance to the Consumer Credit Act (CCA). The Consumer Cards project addressed Cards specific areas of non-compliance specifically focusing on Default Notices and NOSIA’s (notice of sum in arrears). The programme involved end to end testing of NOSIA.
