Job Description : Daniel is one of the global leaders in providing fiscal flow and energy measurement products, systems (metering skids) and services to the oil and gas industry.
I was responsible for setting up Quality Management Systems, all Quality Control activities for Systems (Metering Skid Projects), implementation of Quality control procedures and plans while executing Integrated Metering Skid projects for Turkey, Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA or MEA), Russia and CIS region.
To ensure the quality of finished products and services goods by developing processes and procedures which eliminate wastage and maximize profitability by preventative actions. Facilitate and control the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities.
Carry out QC Inspection & QA activities for Systems (Metering Skid) Projects as required.
To monitor and develop mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and supplier base. Correspond with Customers, Suppliers, Supply Chain and Third Party Agencies in accordance with project procedures, as needed.
Support all business functions on technical issues related to Quality.
Conduct audits and assessments on new suppliers. Monitor supplier/contractor performance and compliance through surveillance and project audits.
Management of non-conformance, corrective action and preventive action processes. Interface with Project Manager to obtain written Customer approval on all deviations from design, functional and quality test requirements.
Compile and analyze quality measurement data.
Review the contract documents for each Construction stage/phase in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager of any deficiency.
Update, control distribution and facilitate training on quality related site procedures and Quality Assurance Manuals.
Interface with product engineers, representatives, suppliers, 3rd party inspection agency and customers to resolve quality issues and field any questions that arise.
Produce typical and Project specific ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and/or Quality Plans and be responsible for expediting approval and ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with the approved documents.
Monitor manufacturing and subcontract manufacturers to ensure that established and approved QC processes and procedures are being followed in particular those related to materials and testing requirements. Communicate and monitor Customer quality expectations throughout the supply chain.
Review sub-vendor (contractor) documentation dossier and MRB on a progressive basis and approve on completion. Investigate and analyze Customer Complaints & internal quality issues and present data to management to enable sound decision-making. Conduct Final Inspection on packaged units (skids) prior to dispatch. Work with Customer support team on after sales / service issues.
Responsible for maintaining and updating of the Quality Matrix and participating the Global quality meeting.
To review and approve all welding related documentation (WPS, PQR, Weld Plan, Welder Qualification Records, etc.) of EPM Daniel UK office in accordance with project code/standard such as EN, ASME, AWS, NORSOK, etc. and relevant customer specifications (e.g. AirLiquide, Qatar Petroleum, Doha Petroleum, Petrofac, Chevron Australia, National Oilwell Varco, Cameron, Aker Solutions, Conoco Phillips, Centrica Resources & Energy, Genesis Oil and Gas, Heerema, Jiskoot, BP Andrew Area, Wood Group, Shell, KSS, Rominserv, SRC Iraq Basrah Refinery, Aramco, etc.)

Job Description : Worked as Third Party Company’s representative at Kutahya Seyitomer Termic Powerhouse Electro Filter Rehabilitation Project for 2 months. Main duty was supervision and inspection of the fabrication and erection process. At the same time surveillance of the welder tests, counseling about welding, visual and dimensional inspection of welds according to the European standards & procedures, paint & coating control and reporting all the fabrication process to the client.
Also I worked at main office for periodic controls of powerhouse. During this project thickness measurements of pipelines, exchanger maintenance, paint and polyurethane coating control of pipes, dimensional check of project material, etc were executed.
