I am currently working as support coordinator and quality assurance manager in Bluebirdcare Lambeth. I initially started as a support coordinator and stepped into quality assurance management of the business

I am accountable

 For ensuring quality is held within the business for customers and staff, develop and maintain strong leadership across the business.

 For ensuring quality communication is held with the customers and staff to enhance business.

 Assist director and care manager to comply with UKHCA and CQC regulations and ensure office is upto date with all changes in legislation and implement those changes in office.
