- Monitor Contractor’s Schedule and Progress against Project Master Schedule and identify possible delays and provide mitigations to delays.
- Conduct Weekly Progress Meetings with Contractor and identify areas of conflict in construction and propose resolutions.
- Prepare Progress Reports to higher managements and project stakeholders highlighting work completed, work to be completed, areas of concerns and planned and actual progress percentages.
- Approve Quality Control Procedures and QA reports.
- Conduct auditing to contractor’s documentations and procedures.
- Ensure the contractor’s work compliance with specifications and drawings and detect any changes or variations to SOW.
