This experience has been gained from the ground up to Senior Management level through hard work and rigourously applying myself to all challenges head on. In this regard I am constantly learning and applying any free time to further studies. I successfully completed a Document Control Foundation Short Course for Professional Development through Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland, and have recently completed both the Core Solutions of SharePoint Server 2013 and Advanced Solutions of SharePoint Server 2013 fulltime through CTU Training’s Campus in Bloemfontein, South Africa.

I also have extensive computer experience in a wide variety of software programs, which includes but are not limited to MS Office.

The experience gained throughout my career has given me the wide and diversivied skills required in Project Management. I enjoy working with all kinds of people, I know how to motivate them and get the best out of them. My talents at Menkind has ensured that I was constantly a top performer in the company, and that was due to my unique management style. I followed that up by being a Project Administrator at AngloGold Ashanti in Ghana, before being promoted to Document Control Lead for Projects where I established a new Electronic Document Control System(SharePoint), as well as Records Management and Drawing Control through Project Wise.

My experience gained in the United Kingdom and then Ghana is invaluable, and this has shaped me to handle any situation coming my way. I was sourced for Menkind in South Africa, and because of hard work and being a top performer, was given an extended contract which I ended prematurely when AngloGold Ashanti made me an offer based on colleagues that worked with me, recommendation.

Any lack of technical knowledge can be easily and quickly obtained but management and administration skills is something that is acquired over time and through experience.
