I am currently working as a Data Associate and my experience has equipped me with skills that are required in clinical data management. I have worked very closely on pre-clinical research and have very clear understanding of regulatory guidelines and drug development process. I am assertive and confident about my independent work out put as well as working in a team. Prior to joining pharmaceutical sector I have worked a full year on academic research which has helped me immensely in understanding how molecular research works. Thus I have hands-on experience in wet lab as well as dry lab work related to research and development. The versatility and competence that I possess has always helped me to thrive in any situation and adapt effortlessly. I have great appreciation for art in any form. I am a trained Carnatic singer(South Indian classical music) and have been learning the same for the past ten years. I am also trained in Bharatanatyam, a form of classical dance from South India. I try to practice and perform whenever I get the opportunity. I have taken on a new found hobby of pen sketching and I like to draw in black and white using drawing pen. I try to indulge myself in creating art as a way of dealing with stress and it has proven to be very helpful thus creating a sense of balance in life.
