Currently working as a Snr Business Analyst at Western Cape Blood Service in Cape Town, South Africa. Been with them for the last 2yrs. I am responsible for all requirements for all projects in the IT department. I am the only BA in the organisation.
Previously, I worked for Southern African Music Rights Organisation, in Johannesburg, South Africa. I was with them for a period of almost 11 years. I was a Functional Business Analyst on the Financial modules of AX4 and AX2012. I was responsible for all functional requirements, configuration, testing. UAT, training and support for these modules.
