Maintenance:

On site hand-on technical expert and contact person between the customer and my company during: vehicles delivery, integration of partners’ equipment, vehicles final checks and on-the-job trainings.
Management of the all technical problems, updates and manufacturer progress.
Use of specific diagnostic tools from Mercedes and Soframe, such as:
Xentry (Mercedes computer and diagnose management tool)
TTC control (automatons management),
Hydac software (linear piston sensor management), etc.
Use of specific software for vehicle fleet management and spare parts management, such as: V3, AS400, Excel, etc.
Utilization and creation of constructor technical documentation such as: User Guide, Maintenance Manual by levels of maintenance and spare part catalogue.
Participation in the development of the vehicles project from the prototype time to the after-sales time (assembly of the firsts prototypes and pre-serials vehicles, prototypes tests, technical production support, audit quality, support of the technical problems and manufacturer progress, warranty request and follow-up).


*Heavy Duty Field Mechanic – August, 2014 to May, 2015
Field Mechanic over the South-East area of France for an exhaustion and consolidation of grounds company named TECS.
Equipment: Heath moving equipment, excavators, mobile-crane, soil-mixings, vibrator, generators, hydraulic unit, air compressor, dewatering pumps, vertical and horizontal drilling, heavy duty, commercial and light vehicles.
