I have worked at senior management level in a number of tertiaty hospitals throughout the UK and now UAE. I am experiened in clinical dietetics, nutritional analysis, nutritional medical therapy, dietary counselling, behaviour change and leadership. I am a strong advocate for nutrition awareness and education, and making dietary information accessible for all.
