1. Accounts Payable
i. Receiving invoices and ensuring that they comply with tax regulations and recording them in our books
ii. Doing Reconciliations- Bank reconciliations, Creditors reconciliation, Accounts Payable reconciliation, Accruals reconciliations, prepayment reconciliations.
iii. Maintaining of fixed assets register.
iv. Preparation of monthly payment plan.
v. Preparation of monthly cash forecast.
2. Accounts Receivable.
i. Checking and recording of payments received and following up on withholding certificates.
ii. Preparation of daily cash analysis to show the amount collected each day.
3. In charge of Cash office
i. Processing of staff expenses and claim reimbursements and ensuring they comply with the organizations policy.
ii. Payments of petty cash.
iii. Keeping of firms documents e.g. bank guarantees.
iv. Managing cash flow (payment of creditors and receipt of clients)
