JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Worked as a Service Engineer, responsible for the engineering services on the different sites project.
Responsible for the day-to-day planning, management and control of multiple projects.
Execution and planning of commissioning and handing over activity of equipment.
Provide training to clients related to safety, operation and maintenance of equipment.
Supervising, executing and maintaining record of repair, service and preventative maintenance of equipment.
Maintained a system of Warranty Claims and communicate with OEMs to compensate for any components or systems shortfalls in reliability or design efficiency.
Help prevent harm to workers, property, the environment, and the general public during installation and maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting of electrical & electronic systems.

PROJECT ENGINEER:
Worked at Gwadar Port with ZPMC Chinese & SriLankan in the project execution for recovering container handling equipment.
The Project duration was about 04 months. I was involved and carried out the duties & responsibilities mentioned below.
Preparation of Standard of Procedures for certain calibrations and tests on PCs & RTGs.
Managed all project-related correspondence, documents & planned resources to meet project goals.
Made necessary arrangement to ensure a safety environment within work site.
Carried out insulation resistance tests and connectivity tests for all motors, transformers and primary cables of both PC and RTG.
Engaged with FUJI F70 series PLC wiring, testing & troubleshooting and identified communication errors trough T-
Link between PLC and drives.
Testing and troubleshooting FUJI FREENIC 5000V series invertors.
Maintained an effective inventory management system in order to ensure the availability of tools, parts and consumables within the budgeted limits.
Conducted regular meetings with the clients and company coworkers in order to obtain a smooth project flow.
