I have demonstrated exceptional leadership and operation management by converting a water mill into a micro-hydro power station in my home town Peshawar. It was able to generate electricity almost 5 times cheaper than the national grid. I professionally conducted the survey regarding the financial analysis of the project and proved that it was sufficient to solve electricity problem in the community for the next 20 years. I have gain profound respect among my peers and Project Advisor after making such difficult project into reality single handedly.
