Robotic Simulation and Virtual Commissioning, March 2018 – Current
• Worked with a team creating seamless integration of PLC (RSLogix5000) with Simulation (Process Simulate) allowing car manufacturing plants to be virtually commissioned.
• Implemented xml based commands to allow efficient offline programming of Fanuc robots (adhering to Ford standard) – coordinated the utilization of these commands within the simulation department.
• Developed applications for company utilization with .Net and C# through Process Simulate API, speeding up processes such as robot tool modeling.
• Offline programmed ABB, Fanuc and Kawasaki robots. Developed software for robot data extraction and insertion from and to site.
