I am an Engineer who is passionate about his chosen career in the property development and building construction industry. I have worked in several multi disciplinary construction property projects specialising in facilities management, commercial properties and government capital projects. I am a highly motivated project manager who seeks to challenge and motivate his team members and gain job satisfaction through professional achievements. I also have an enthusiastic personality with the ability to build project teams and take responsibility and strive to achieve goals and objectives. I am a fast learner who is willing to undertake any training necessary for further knowledge and delivering key performance areas for my employer.
I have a Post Graduate Dilpoma in Property Developments and Management, achieved in December 2022
I also have a Bachelors Degree in Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Africa

I went through other various industry training such as Autodesk Building suits where i received certificates in Auto Cad, Revit MEP, 3D designs and Navisworks suit.
I am a very business oriented person who is always doing research and reading business news related to property and real estate industry.
I am very fond of tv shows that speaks to real estate, construction and business, namely; The block, Listing New York, sunset, LA and Dragons den.
I also enjoy watching soccer and travelling for soccer matches with my sons.
