I am a confident and an enthusiastic person, I love my job with the utmost passion. Whether it be a managerial role, an engineering role or my own carpentry and joinery project, I give my best to achieve the desired result with the utmost safety and quality.
In Maersk, I was awarded star employee in health and safety as I proposed an alternative design for a dangerous structural hatch which the team used on a daily basis. This then resulted in the hatch being changed throughout the company to the design I had proposed.
Throughout my career as a Marine Engineer I have faced many difficult and diverse working environments such as extreme heat, harsh weather conditions, and unpredictable stabilities. My crew and team have always been international, therefore I am able to communicate, build relations and work with diverse nationalities. I have overseen and managed a small team of engineers ensuring daily tasks, leading repairs and maintenance ensuring company policies and health and safety are endured to at all times by the team.
My desired outcome would be to offer a company my loyalty, hard working work ethics and to progress in my knowledge and skills within the engineering field.
