Soon after graduating in 2017, worked as a VIP & Corporate Customer Care Support where I enjoyed helping and offering assistance to our valued clients then. 9 month later, I got promoted to an L2 Global Support where I supported front liners to make sure the provided assistance is prompt.
Due to COVID-19 lay off, had to look for a new opportunity and I had a one-of-a-kind chance to work closely with the C level in the automotive market and had the pleasure working as a Chairman Assistant. Later in 2021, I joined the corporate training field as I knew it was a major interest after excelling a similar task done while being an SME/L2.
