The desire to improve and represent an organization is something that is woven into my very being as I've gained extensive experience which has had a hand in helping me understand the role operations and how every procedure and policy that is in place stems from a need to ensure the smooth operation as well as presenting an exceptional image of the company and this is what I also strive to take part in.
I am a Language teacher who focuses on student centered learning whilst building a strong rapport with my students to help them propel and exceed their expectation and to this point I must also mention that my bilingual ability helps me bridge the gap at times, in that I understand students' difficulties, hence I am capable of drawing a plan to aid them in overcoming their challenges.

This strong sense of appreciation and understanding of operations has given me a strong desire to uphold policies and procedures to the highest regard.

I was an English teacher in primary school teaching children in year 6 and implementing an international curriculum on students who were challenged with English, as it wasn't their first language. This experience was a learning curve in terms of practical application of classroom management and teaching strategies to get the best out of each student and it was through this experience that I have managed to develop new teaching methods which conform with the student centered approach, thus creating an opportunity for students to produce language forms and activate lexis.

I was an ESL Language Instructor tasked with teaching duties geared mainly for adults, but also including young learners. This prestigious learning center is a beacon of professionalism and is where I owe my development as a language instructor as it was the working culture which helped me propel to new highs and the ongoing learning both by programs and through the support of colleagues is something which I treasure and am extremely thankful for.
