6 month summer course at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon - won cooking competition between 8 countries.
On my off days I prefer to spend time in nature to clear my head and also try some new dishes from local ingredients. I also love spending time with my loved one going out to restaurants and experiencing new dishes and flavours.
