Experienced Biomedical Engineer

" Supervise the Repair and maintenance of all bio medical equipment held in the hospital including those available in the laboratory.

Coordinate with Bio-Medical Engineer about Timely Calibration of all affected equipment as per the laid down frequency.

Inform the Bio-Medical Engineer about the equipment s for which the calibration was not held

Carry out preventive maintenance and calibration of all equipment at regular intervals under the Bio medical Engineer's guidance

Inform the Bio-Medical Engineer about the timely check-ups and service dates in the case of equipment covered by AMC.

Coordinate repairs of equipment covered by insurance.

Ensure completion of preventive maintenance and calibration through designated staff within a specific time period.

Forecast and stock critical and fast moving spare parts as per demand.

Clear any doubts arising from technicians.

Ensure personal safety of the staff from infections and other hazards.

Ensure that not more than 4 hours is taken, if the task is not completed within the timeline, Inform the department within 10hrs

Provide assistance to the management as and when required. "
