• Inspection of vehicles for association members, to ensure vehicles comply with all current legislation.
• Carry out Operators License checks to ensure that members comply with the relevant operator’s license regulations & legislation, suggest areas of improvement in maintenance systems.

• Emalgimate two company’s equipment into one, spread over a total of 15sites, and control 20 mechanics between the sites, which I was responsible for managing.
