I am able to comfortably work in a front of house or back of house position with my experience as a chef and a product developer. I have garnered management skills (People and operations) working as a product developer and having to train multiple employees in different locations, Culinary skills from working as Head Chef and Sous chef respectively, and also a good foundation knowledge of quality control. I have a personal motto that says "One hundred or nothing" and this constantly drives me to deliver excellence in my work and personal life.

(1) Head Chef at Miliki (Private Members club) Feb 2022 - Date : I am in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen, menu development, staff training and recruitment. I also design specific menus to meet the preference of patrons for specific events and worked closely with vendors and suppliers to establish a smooth and cordial relationship between them and the club.
(2) Gusto Restaurant and bar (Sous Chef) : Dec 2021 - Feb 2022.
I supervised cooks and delegated task to kitchen staff in the absence of the head chef.I also played a huge role in the development of new menu items, ensured compliance to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
(3) Product research and development associate (Food concepts plc) May 2018 - Nov 2021
I led a team of 4 in developing a range of new menu items, standardizing them and creating the production work flow. I also trained staffs (Restaurant managers, cooks,etc) in the production of these items.
I was also a member of the team that developed the equipment handling process, production process and ingredients monitoring and control documents.
