July/Aug 2013 (4wks) Site Manager: Thomas Vale Construction: Extension to High School in Halesowen. Works to include Diverting Existing Drainage, Foundations and Brickwork to DPC and installation of new Glass ans Steel Canopy. To Manage sub-contractors H&S, RAMS and to oversee day to day operations. To liaise with the Estates Manager.

June/July (5wks) Site Manager: Wates Retail Asda Corby.

To manage Fit Out of new Café/Restaurant. Value 1.7 million.

To Manage Shop fitters and M&E Sub-Contractors. RAMS, H&S, Quality and to insure that the store could Open the next day (night work)

May 2013 (8wks) Site Manager: Wates Living Space. Evesham Worcestershire. To Manage Ground Works for 22 3 and 4 bed homes. Works to include: Site Clearance, Access Rds, and Foundations to DPC, Drainage, and Service. Also RAMS, H&E, Material req, Site Diary & Site Inductions

Form opening/Tunnel in existing Structure, To Demolish Existing Steel Portal Frame/Cladding/Roof and all associated works.

Construction consisted of major alterations to internal structures, to incorporate new DDA regulations, full electrical and mechanical overhaul to include complete new air and heating systems. New roofing redesign of drainage systems, finished article waiting /reception area, 2 new steel staircases design of Baptist pool oversee all sub-contract packages and payments

NB: due to charity status client (ACC) had restricted funds remit to save as much money as possible this was done by using local unskilled labour to subsides sub-contract labour percentage of savings to be agreed.
