Responsible for the call centers of the outsourcing partners, guiding and supporting the outsourcing supervisors regarding project requirements. Organising and supporting projects for the outsourcing call centers in terms of customer service.Responsible for the KPIs of the external partner in the technical support field.

Previous role: Manager/Team leader of the VIP customers department in Cosmote SA(24 cs representatives). Guidance and management of the VIP customers team support representatives in commercial and technical issues. Meetings, huddle meetings, one to one, mentoring and coaching was a big part of the role.

Previous role: Team Leader/specialist of a technical support team of representatives in OTE Group SA.For 6 years in charge of a customer care team(15-20 cs representatives), Success in reaching goals and having excellent KPI performance.
