Assistant Manager Manufacturing and Operations Sep2010 – To Date

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Responsible for full oversight of all Manufacturing, operations and Reporting activities of – Sundar Plant – PEPSICO in Lahore, Pakistan. Reporting to Plant Manager and dotted to Planning Manager Operations keeping top management abreast with the operational and financial situation of factory ranging from Regional and Internal Operational, KPI and Financial reporting, Internal Controls Adherence, Business and Financial Performance monitoring and analysis, technical guidance on Snacks technology and Regional reporting requirements.
