I was promoted to Senior Shift Leader with extra responsibility for the team and the agents, followed by being made Shift Leaders' Supervisor, executing the full functions of a team lead and being responsible for the successful transition to work from home at the beginning of the pandemic. I was later offered a position in the Risk Team as a Responsible Gambling Supervisor to oversee the internal P&Ps related to safer gambling .
