Most people say that I am a people person, but I consider myself also as a quiet person. I became relatively talkative or interactive when I am comfortable within the space. But, I am a team player where I always value the opinion of my group rather than doing what I think is right. I always weigh the pros-cons of any decision. I really do like sharing and discussing with colleagues as it makes me feel that we are aligning to a better goal.
