I am meritorious in nature, this has earned me so much respect among my peers and the teams I lead at work, this has helped me to accomplish task with ease. I am also a social person this attribute has helped me to network with different people at different professional levels, It has helped me to foster cooperation among the groups. The role I play in empowering communities gives me a sense of social responsibility, it encourages me to use appropriate actions even in times of emergences in the nation. For my hobbies, I enjoy volunteering in community projects such as street lighting in my area. I am inspired with the advancements of safe Renewable Energy Technologies in the wake of the global climate change, aspiring me to lead an enterprise in this sector in the future.

I am able to efficiently manage both human and financial Resources for example, During Wayleave clearance, I manage to effectively coordinate 15 main groups composed of 50 members each. Allocating safety attires and conducting daily minimum risk assessments. I also organising transportation of the groups from one camping site to another. This helps me reduce on down time.
Evidently, I manage both station and field imprest for purchasing minor items to help with the task. I also manage petty cash responsibly to cover water bills and land lease for campers when conducting wayleave clearance
