My major skill within the Quantity surveying practice is COST CONTROL.
I rescue projects when funding is slim and can keep the site running with little or no funds.
Most of my freelance work is using available funds to keep up the site while clients source for more funds by managing the work force and procurement process to ensure we do not close the site.
