I have been a RN for over 20 years. I have worked in almost every part of a hospital setting, including but not limited to the medical-surgical unit, behavioral health/psych., long-term care, and ICU. I am currently working as a nursing supervisor in a behavioral health facility for women, men, and children. I take care of scheduling as well as admitting and monitoring patients while providing quality patient care to those in need.
1. May 2023 to Current: West Park Springs Nursing Supervisor: I supervise nursing staff by monitoring the passing of medication and the treatment of patients.
2. March 2023 to Current: Cypress Creek Hospital, Nursing Supervisor: I maintain facility compliance with detailed documentation covering care plans for patients.
3. Dec. 2018 to Feb. 2023: San Antonio Behavioral Health, Nursing Supervisor: I maintained communication with physicians and other nurses to discuss patient status changes or care plan adjustments.
