I have experience in automotive field, serving large names like: Renault, Ford, Pirelli, Continental, Lear, Honeywell, Leoni, Martur, Sisecam and also retail like Unilever, IKEA, Essity, Tschibo, Peek&Cloppenburg. I run teams of 360 staff and was responsible for 14 mil euro budget. I created teams of 75 staff from zero.
