Provides Contracts Administration and Contract Management support
Prepares tender and contract documentation and make recommendations for award of contracts
Manages assigned contracts in accordance with principles, practices and procedures.
Provide advice to project teams concerning contractual matters including claims for variation, progress claims, extensions and disputes
Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site-based schedule as agreed with project team.
Coordinate meetings, materials, presentations, and minutes, arrange schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, travel itineraries and other special events.
Set up, develop and manipulate spreadsheets, and assist Project Managers with proactively tracking project costs versus budgets.
Prepare and submit monthly reports for clients, as required by Project Managers.
Ensure coordination of various sites, project engineers and provide required assistance.
Identify out-of-scope work items and prepare change order requests including cost and schedule impacts.
Process and distribute engineering documents, drawings and project deliverables in accordance with established procedures and timescales
Work with Engineering Contractor's Document Control to ensure their document deliverables are in compliance with applicable policies, guidelines, requirements and standards
Provide clear and accurate responses to contractors and vendors on all document control issue.
