Level 4 in Leadership, Management and Development. 3x A Levels (UK - Higher education). Full UK Driving License. 9x GCSE’s including Mathematics, English and Science. Anti-Money Laundering compliance passed.
Customer Service Manager for a company called Everything Branded. (February 2021 - November 2021). Managed a sales floor of 30+ account managers to ensure all checks were followed and if any issues, they were resolved promptly and effectively. Ensured our TrustPilot score was 9.8+ and refunds/credits were issued.
Football and exercise. Regularly go to the gym and swimming while play for my local football team and train once a week. I play golf most weekends and take part in monthly tournaments.
