I am a Quantity Surveyor/Project manager with extensive experience managing projects throughout their life cycle and I would like to bring my experience to your organization.
My background in construction has provided me with an excellent financial skill necessary to succeed in this field, which entails preparations of estimates, improved financial management with more financial budgeting and tracking of actual costs against budgets. I have knowledge in project management as I have been involved in various projects including planned, unplanned, corrective maintenance etc, where condition assessment is carried out and recommendations are made.
I have good human resource management skills which involves managing external and internal stakeholders during project solving problems on site and understand conflict management on a project and on a day-to-day basis.
I also have a good stakeholder management, internally and externally where monthly meetings are held with internal stakeholders and I report progress on our key performance indicators as per the annual performance plan to our client liaison meetings and with external stakeholders as well, I report on our projects and progress, providing problem-solving skills on our projects.
I have experience in strategies that improve the Health and Safety in a working environment.
