Experienced operation and maintenance officer (acting as facility and maintenance manager) with a degree in electrical engineering and 16 years of expertise in building system, equipment control and maintenance including chiller, HVAC machineries and other related building system. Ten years in mall operation leading the overall technical and maintenance of the mixed-use property. In my role i have successfully demonstrated my management skills in handling operations & projects, property management and manpower control, scheduling and prioritizing workload, acquiring service from 3rd party vendors.
From 2006 to 2012, i worked as a application engineer in Singapore, I have several project both local and oversees. My role starts with testing ang commissioning of building equipment including creation of graphics (SCADA) and logic programming then follow by a training to the client and handover.
