I am self motivated and need very little supervision. I am conscientious about being patient and personable with warehouse or factory staff but also firm in order to meet deadlines. I have also been recognized by management for my good oral and written communication skills and my willingness to create changes within the production environment for exceptional order flow and efficiency.
