I am involved in the day to day running of the farm under the guidance of the Farm Manager. My duty is to ensure the crops and farm animal reach their optimal. though it is a physically demanding job i understand i am expected to be hands at all most times. I am a keen problem solver, great communicator, critical thinker and enjoy working outdoors. This job requires working up very early in the morning.
