I currently work for the Meat Processing Unit, School of Agriculture - University of Cape Coast where I take charge in slaughtering, Cutting, Deboning and processing of meat. I am a dependable worker knowledgeable about farm operations, more experienced in Meat processing, livestock management and Crop production.
Over the years I have helped the unit in coming out with new and desired products for our client
I hold a Bachelors degree in Agricultural science from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
I read courses in Animal science, Crop Science, Soil science and Agricultural engineering.
I hold a high school certificate in General Agriculture from Mozano Senior High School.
I am currently working as a Senior Technician at the Teaching and research farm, University of Cape Coast where I have been assigned to supervise activities at the Meat processing unit.
I have also worked with Lydimos Farms as an Assistant farm manager where I was able maximized operational profit by closely inspecting birds and identifying problem such as pest and diseases.
I enjoy gardening. I feel much excited whenever I see plants or crops growing, it make me admire nature the more.
Also I enjoy keeping in touch with my family.
Moreover, Since childhood, playing of volley ball has been my hobby. I have loved this game because it makes me feel relieved whenever I play with friends.
