1. Working for IFDC as the Senior Administration and Finance Officer, led the Finance and Administration Team to implement a five year, USD25m USAID funded project in northern Ghana from April, 2013 to December 2018. Was responsible for Finance, Budgeting, Human Resource, Contract Management and Administration, Logistics & Vehicle fleet and Grants oversight and Asset Register.
2. From July, 2007 to July, 2014, I served as Head of Finance at Ghana Country office at the German Development Cooperation (GIZ). I led a Team of four colleagues to support average of nine projects and the country office annually. Also facilitate a two day training for finance and administrative staff of all projects bi-annually.
For ten years from July 1997 to July, 2007 I worked with SOTREC Ghana Limited, a private company, serving in various like Accountant, Human Resource Manager and Chief Accountant. SOTREC at the time was the biggest frozen food importer and meat processing company in Ghana. I introduced detailed product costing in the meat processing unit and was able to streamline the tax position of the company before leaving in 2007.
