I am a Financial Advisor who works in retail and Banking sector for over 16 years, in big Greek firms. After many years in these positions, i can supervise and monitor a team of employees (i prefer calling them colleagues or partners, because everything is a "team" job), regarding to their goals and KPI's. A strong skill that i have is emotional intelligence, which is something that allows me to put myself in the colleague's or client's "shoes" if necessary, so to understand what motivates them or what their needs are.
