I work as a fishermen for my family’s business. I’ve been doing this for as long as I can remember. This is a business that has been in my family for years. I have experience in fishing the fish out of the river. Sorting the fish into different species and size. Then taking the fish to be processed by filleting weighing and packing the fish. I then take the fish to our fish markets and I sell them. I have been taught how to cut and prepare fish professionally and would like to take the skills I have learnt and come to the UK and seek out a career doing this. I became passionate about being a fisherman when I was a little boy. I use to watch my father getting all the fish out of the river on my way too school every morning. I would love the opportunity to come to the uk and seek out this career.
