Imagine the body as a vessel, a container and what drives it, "DESIRE", every of our action is aimed towards fulfilling one desire or the other, like going to work in other to pay our bills and buy whatever we want, to the park to have leisure time, to the mall to shop for what makes us happy, to a restaurant, to shop and even going back home. We go back home because we have the desire to rest and sleep to prepare for the next day, this is how we go through life.

Let's look at the body as a vehicle or a vessel, what do you think will be the innate desire of such a vessel, sometimes we experience it's manifestation when we are faced with life threatening situations. The innate desire of our body is LONGEVITY. we want to live forever, but if we don't play our role in taking care of these vessel, these vehicle called our Body, we will help in increasing it's deteriorating factors, our body experiences wear and tear everyday due to how we use it to fulfill our desire.
