I come with a vast experience of 31 years in the hospitality field. My experience has taught me to be proactive and not reactive to any situation. I have grown from an Asst Waiter to an Operational Manager handling 8 restaurants & 15 confectioneries with a team size of 560 staff and that speaks for itself. I am Humble and respectful. I have learnt that your team is as good as you. I lead by example in every initiative I take to improve the business. My goal is that every situation has to be a win win for both the company and the customers.
