It is because i have 12 years work experience in the Food industry, working in various industries, such as Vegetable processing, cereal production, dairy production and prepared meals production. I have worked in low risk and high-risk environments, therefore I am highly adaptable, to any environment.
I have been exposed to quality control, assurance, supplier quality assurance, auditing, product development, external and internal auditing, microbiology, training and I have had the opportunity to create a food safety and quality assurance system from scratch, where I am currently working. I can interpret food safety standards and legislation, and create the necessary documentation for controlling processes.
I am very analytical and can problem solve. I am passionate about food quality and will ensure that all food safety policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all manufactured product is free from any hazards, and meets up with set product specifications and customer requirements.
