Preparing of documents for importing of goods, marine insurance certificate, using the proforma invoice and
other necessary shipping documents.
Checking of shipping documents from supplier to ensure no errors in shipping
documents and also sent to bank for PAAR issuance.
Following up with clearing agents to ensure duty assessment is generated and
following up with bank for duty receipt insuance for prompt clearance of our cargoes
at the port.
Tracking of containers before ETA and after ETA for prompt container delivery.
Following up of containers offloading and empty return at the port for empty
container return.
Clearing of goods at the air and sea ports, and expedite processing of clearing
documents
Liaise with customs and other government agencies to aid prompt clearing of goods
at the ports and process courier deliveries and shipping documents.
