Recently graduated from the University of Zimbabwe, l have worked at a call center and specialised in cold calling and building client rapport as well as generating leads. l later on went to work in retail and was in a wholesale shop where we sold dairy products and customer retention was always a success as we always build customer relations with all our clients.Lastly l started working at Omni Contact where l am a Proctor agent and we specialize is readying a candidate for their exam while ensuring that they are in an environment that is conducive for test taking and making sure all the rules and regulations of Prometric are observed while making sure to protect the properties of Prometric by ensuring no forms of cheating are detected. i work well as an individual as well as a team, i am very time conscious to the extent that l am impatient when we go above the time agreed as l always wish to do things right on time.
