- Crankshaft Balancing machine repair; Corrected excessive play on a crankshaft balancing machine that was producing scrap. By custom designing and installing a gib key, restoring machinery accuracy, eliminating scrap and ensuring quality on all crankshaft outputs.

-Valve assembly and Quality Testing; Performed Valve assembly, hydrostatic testing and inspection at AVK Southern Africa ensuring compliance with industry standards and notably achieved a zero return on 20-30 valves produced monthly, reinforcing client trust and product reliability.
-Maintenance of Diverse Industrial Machinery ; Conducted preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery across chemical, mining, manufacturing and water industries, managing components such as pumps, compressors and conveyors to minimize breakdowns and improve overall machine uptime.

-Surge Vessel Installations for water systems; led the installation and maintenance of surge vessels to maintain hydraulic pressure in water pipelines, ensuring consistent water supply.
